The University of Baltimore Second Chance College Program's mission is to provide higher education and reentry support to currently and formerly incarcerated men. With access to higher education, students are able to have a positive impact on their own lives, their families, and the Baltimore community. Our goal is to help students when they are released to continue their education on campus and find meaningful and sustainable employment.
As of May 2025, we have graduated 17 students with their bachelor’s degree, and 1 student with their masters.
